THE KELLER GUARANTEE
Every Keller-built structure comes with a guarantee of materials and craftsmanship for a specified period of time following completion. But that doesn’t mean we wash our hands of responsibility if something were to occur after the guarantee period. That’s not good for the customer and it isn’t good for our business. Keller believes that standing behind the final product means working with the customer to resolve the issue to everyone’s satisfaction.

With any construction firm, the benchmark of success has to be its level of customer satisfaction. And we’ve found that a great deal of that satisfaction starts with involving the customer throughout the project. So from the earliest stages through completion, we’ll keep you updated on your building’s progress, fully explaining each step, answering all of your questions, offering clear, understandable options and making sure your project stays on time and in budget.

The coordination inherent in the Design/Build teams employed by Keller allow us to move ahead quickly, often able to take such time-saving methods as pouring concrete and placing footings well before floor plans have been finalized and approved.
