Rio Creek Feed Mill, Inc., primarily serving the Door/Kewaunee/Brown County area, was started by Don and Jeanette Barta who purchased the Kodan Feed Store in 1958 and renamed the business Rio Creek Feed Mill.  They employed two of their sons, Dave & Jerry.

The company is run by Jerry, his wife, Tammy, and 3 of their sons with the help of a professional, dedicated team including 21 full-time and 10 part-time or seasonal employees.

Rio Creek Feed Mill operates two locations (Rio Creek & Luxemburg) and is a Kent Feeds dealer, offering custom feed mixing for batches over 400 lbs. Along with feed, other services offered include: agronomy related services including 590 planning, nutrient management planning, seed sales, soil sampling, custom fertilizer blending, custom application for both fertilizer and crop protection products.
